Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-07-22. This policy describes how AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC handles information for users purchasing outside the Russian Federation. Russian users are covered by the Russian-language policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

  • Steam account data: your Steam ID, display name, profile URL and avatar, received from Steam when you sign in.
  • Discord account data: your Discord ID, username and avatar, only if you choose to link Discord.
  • Technical data: IP address, country, date and time of access, browser and device information.
  • Payment records: date, amount, order number and status. We never receive or store full card numbers. Stripe handles card data directly.
  • Support correspondence you send us.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. See section 7.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required.

5. AI-generated character backstories

5.1. The Project offers a tool that generates a fictional character backstory. What you type into that form is sent to an external language-model provider solely to produce the text.

5.2. The request describes a fictional character. It carries no account identifier, no email address and no IP address, and we do not store the request or the result on our servers.

5.3. Please do not enter real information about yourself into that form.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

7. Children

The Project depicts violence and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, contact play@dayzstalker.com and we will delete it.

8. Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account and associated data, or withdraw consent to analytics. Email play@dayzstalker.com. We respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained to meet tax and accounting obligations.

9. Security

We restrict access to personal data, transmit it over encrypted connections, keep backups, and maintain an incident response procedure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

The Project serves users in several countries and our service providers are located in the United States and the Russian Federation. By using the Project you understand that your information may be processed in those countries.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at dayzstalker.com/en-privacy with its effective date.
