Terms of Service
Effective 2026-07-22. These Terms govern purchases made outside the Russian Federation. Purchases made in Russian rubles are governed by the Russian-language agreement.
1. Who we are
AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC, a limited liability company organized in New York, United States, address 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor #1565, New York, NY 10013, United States ("we", "us"), operates the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. RP game project at dayzstalker.com (the "Project").

2. What we sell
2.1. We provide paid access to additional in-game functionality: credits added to your account balance, in-game items, privileges and expanded account features (the "Services").
2.2. Credits are a unit of measurement of your right to use additional functionality. They are not money, not electronic money, not a cryptocurrency and not a payment instrument. They cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn from the Project, or transferred to third parties outside the mechanics provided in the game.
2.3. Access to the Project without purchasing Services is provided free of charge, "as is", with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Acceptance
By completing a payment you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Project Rules.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The Project depicts violence and is intended for users aged 18 and over.
4.2. By completing a payment you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We record this confirmation.
4.3. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with such information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your account
5.1. Access is provided through Steam authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your Steam account and for all activity carried out through your Project account.
5.2. Selling, renting, sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.
5.3. We cannot restore access to a Project account if you lose access to the underlying Steam account.
6. Pricing, currency and delivery
6.1. Prices are displayed in Russian rubles and, for this payment track, charged in US dollars at the rate shown before you confirm. The exact amount is displayed prior to confirmation.
6.2. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6.3. Your card statement will show AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC.
6.4. Services are delivered automatically, normally within minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment.
6.5. The minimum purchase on this payment track is the equivalent of 100 RUB, set by our payment processor.
7. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
8.1. You agree to follow the Project Rules and applicable law; not to use cheats, exploits or third-party software that confers an advantage; and not to post unlawful content, harassment, spam or malware.
8.2. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Project Rules.
8.3. If your account is permanently suspended you may request a refund of any unused credits under the Refund Policy.
9. Changes to the Project
We may change, add or remove in-game content, functionality and pricing, and may perform maintenance. Changes do not affect Services already delivered.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. The Project is a non-affiliated fan work based on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is the property of GSC Game World; DayZ is the property of Bohemia Interactive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10.2. Paid Services consist of access to functionality we implement, and are not a sale of third-party intellectual property.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
11.1. The Project is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
12. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use the Project or make payments if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or if you are listed on any United States restricted-party list.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13.2. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at play@dayzstalker.com. We respond within 30 days.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always at dayzstalker.com/en-terms with its effective date. Services already purchased are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
